Immersive Programs
These in-depth, process-oriented journeys unfold over multiple sessions, allowing participants to move through layered experiences of exploration, reflection, and integration. Each program is designed to nurture self-awareness, emotional growth, and creative expression through a sequence of intermodal arts practices movement, visual art, writing, storytelling, and sound.
Immersive programs invite participants to slow down, deepen their relationship with themselves and others, and engage meaningfully with the themes that shape their inner and outer worlds.




NID Open Elective
This two-week workshop, conducted for undergraduate and postgraduate students at the National Institute of Design, invited participants to explore their personal and collective relationships with water.
Through a series of experiential and arts-based sessions, we engaged with both cognitive reflections and embodied memories of water the stories it holds, and the emotions it evokes.The workshop’s intention was to use the expressive arts as a medium for connection, exploration, and deeper awareness








Balanand 23-24
This six-month programme was conducted with the students of Grade 5B at Holy Cross School, Bastora.
Designed to nurture creativity and expand imagination, the sessions encouraged children to dream, explore, and express infinite ideas and possibilities.
Each two-hour session invited students to engage with multiple art forms including painting, storytelling, movement and music while discovering how the creative process can serve as a resource for curiosity and self-expression.Themes explored included creative imagination, mindfulness through art, art and the environment, and building a classroom culture rooted in respect, care, and inclusion.


















Goa Water Stories
This three-day programme invited children aged 7–12 to engage in an arts-based exploration centered around the river.
Through a series of experiential sessions, the project sought to help children connect with the river’s cultural, historical, and ecological significance, while also engaging with it through the senses — seeing, hearing, touching, and feeling its presence.
Held in Aldona and based around the Mapusa River, the workshop brought together a mixed group of local and settler children from diverse communities and socio-economic backgrounds, fostering connection, curiosity, and shared learning through creative process.






Balanand 24-25
This six-month programme with the students of Grades 5A and 5B at Paradise School, Parra, was designed to awaken imagination and nurture creativity.
Through playful, arts-based sessions, children were encouraged to dream freely, explore new ideas, and express themselves with confidence and curiosity.
Each two-hour session invited engagement with multiple art forms including painting, poetry, movement, music helping students discover how creative process can support self-expression and reflection.


















Circle Time
The Circle Time program at Shiksha Niketan was designed to help children develop emotional awareness, communication skills, and a sense of belonging within the classroom. Through guided conversations, storytelling, art, and play, students learn to identify and express their feelings, listen to others with empathy, and work together to solve problems. The Weekly sessions encouraged children to reflect on what they feel and need, to communicate assertively and respectfully, and to listen deeply to one another. Over time, this practice helps them build emotional vocabulary, manage and regulate their emotions, and develop critical life skills such as reasoning, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Beyond skill-building, Circle Time fosters a sense of safety, belonging, and trust in the classroom. It helps strengthen peer relationships, encourages compassion toward self and others, and supports the creation of a more mindful, respectful, and inclusive school culture.







Experiential Sessions
These one-day or short-format sessions offer a taste of the expressive arts process — engaging the senses, imagination, and body in creative exploration. Each session is designed as a safe and playful space to pause, reconnect, and reflect through art-making, movement, and dialogue. Participants are encouraged to discover new perspectives, find personal insights, and experience the joy of expression in community.
Programmes for Students


UnSchool
Conducted an expressive arts session with 20 children aged 7–15 from Parra, Aldona, as part of Unschool. The session offered a nurturing space for the children to imagine freely, explore their creativity, and have fun while discovering and connecting with their positive qualities.






Teen Programmes
Facilitated an expressive arts-based session at the Dasya Youth Programme for teenagers aged 13–18, with a group of 30 participants.
The session invited participants to explore and connect with their inner strengths and positive qualities through creative processes involving art, movement, and reflection.






Carmel HSS
Facilitated a Leadership Programme for the newly elected leaders of the school (group of 50 aged 15-17)at the Carmel College alongside Joan Pinto.The art based session helped the participants bridge the gap between the leadership qualities they aspired towards and those they already innately posessed




Programmes for Educators


Kids Camp
Facilitated an interactive session for the teachers of Kids Camp (group of 15) focused on communication and team building, byengaging in art- and movement-based activities, teachers explored their communication styles, deepened their sense of connection, and reflected on how collaboration and mutual understanding can enhance the overall learning environment and team dynamic.






Carmel College
Facilitated a Teachers Programme for the teachers of the Rosary Schools (group of 150 aged 35-55)at the Carmel College alongside Joan Pinto.The art based session aimed to help the participants understand how to work as a team, while staying true to and adding their uniqueness and individuality to the larger collective






Young Achievers
Facilitated a Teachers Programme for the teachers of the Young Achievers (group of 12 aged 26-55)The art based session aimed to help the participants in finding and acknowledging their strengths and how these abilities helped them work better as a team.




Programmes for Organisations


Life Plug in
Facilitated expressive arts sessions alongside process counsellor Joan Pinto at the Life Plugin Summit, engaging participants in creative and embodied explorations designed to deepen self-awareness, connection, and personal insight. Through intutive arts the sessions offered participants an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with their inner selves, and translate lived experience into creative expression within a supportive and process-oriented space.






IH
Facilitated a corporate team-building workshop for the employees at IH during their team offsite, using expressive arts and experiential methods to strengthen communication, collaboration, and trust within the group. The session encouraged participants to step out of their routine roles, engage creatively, and connect with one another Through movement and art-making the workshop fostered a sense of cohesion and renewed energy within the team.






Cannosian Sisters
Facilitated an expressive arts program for the Canossian Sisters of Charity during their spiritual retreat. The session offered a space for reflection and renewal through art, movement, and contemplative practice. It invited the sisters to reconnect with their inner creativity, deepen their sense of purpose, and experience the arts as a pathway to spiritual nourishment.




Programmes for Seniors


Amazing Grace
Co-facilitated a seniors program with Art Therapist Charvi Buddha for the elderly at Amazing Grace Home for the Aged in Guirim. The sessions focused on using art and gentle movement as pathways for reminiscence, connection, and emotional expression. the program created moments of joy, reflection, and shared humanity, honoring the life experiences and creative spirit of each resident.






St Josephs
Co-facilitated a seniors program with Art Therapist Charvi Buddha for the elderly at St. Joseph’s Home for the Aged. The sessions invited participants to engage in gentle, creative expression through art, music, and storytelling. The focus was on evoking memories, fostering emotional connection, and nurturing a sense of belonging and joy within the community.
